Fast and friendly. Went above and beyond. John and Dave came out and rewired my dryer, made sure it was sturdy and even clamped on an aluminum duct for me without even asking. I was very happy with the service.
Grasser's did a great job. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. We did have a little bit of an issue, but after a few phone calls they were very quick to resolve. We were very happy in the end with our experience.
My sump pump went out last night in the middle of the 16 hours massive rainfall we were having. My basement was flooding I called the emergency number and a technician was here promptly. He was incredibly nice and switched out the pump in less than and hour. For a single mom, he was a a blessing to come out. I am so appreciative of him, and the super quiet new pump he installed! Thank you so very much!!!
